Ers mae Menter Bro Aled Cyf wedi cymryd cyfrifoldeb am gynnal y toiledau drosodd gan Gyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy, mae cryn ddiddordeb wedi ei ddangos ynddynt gan y cyfryngau teledu cenedlaethol. Yn fuan wedi ei hagor yn swyddogol roeddynt wedi ei cynnwys ar newyddion chwech or gloch ITV Cymru. Mae rhaglen yn cael ei wneud gan gwmni Presentable Ltd ar hyn o bryd ar ran y BBC, a bu ffilmio yn Llansannan dydd Iau y 1af o Fedi 2011. Pwrpas hyn yw er bod yn rhan o gyfres o raglenni a fydd yn cael ei darlledu ar ragleni BBC 1 yn ystod y dydd or enw POST CODE LOTTERY efo'r cyflwynydd Dominic Little. Themau'r rhagleni yw pryderon sydd gan bobl oedranus ynghylch toriadau sy'n digwydd trwy'r wlad fel canghenau banc yn cau, toiledau yn cau a chartrefi henoed yn mynd i'r wal. Yn Llansannan, mae'r gymuned leol wedi penderfynu ar gadw'r toiled ar agor trwy ei redeg efo gwirfoddolwyr lleol dan adain Menter Bro Aled. Trwsiwyd yr adeilad gan grefftwyr lleol, peintiwyd gan wirfoddolwyr ac fei agorir yn y bore a'i gau yn yr hwyr eto gan bobl leol yn ddi dal. Bydd yn cael ei lanhau'n ddyddiol gan Jackie o'r Llew Coch eto'n ddi dal.
Since Menter Bro Aled have taken over the maintenance of the toilets from the Conwy County Borough Council, considerable national TV media interest in them has arisen. Shortly following their official opening they were featured on the ITV Wales 6 o clock News. Another programme is currently being made on behalf of the BBC by Presentable Ltd and they were in Llansannan on Thursday the 1st September 2011 filming . This is for a series of programmes being produced for broadcasting on BBC 1 daytime television, POSTCODE LOTTERY presented by Dominic Little. The theme of these series is the current spending cutbacks such as bank colsures, toilet closures and care homes going bust with their consequential impact on the elderly. In Llansannan the community have decided to keep their tolets open under the wing of Menter Bro Aled Cyf. The buiding was repaired by local craftsmen, painted by volunteers who also open the building in morning and close it at night. The cleaning is undertaken daily again on a voluntary basis by Jackie from the Red Lion
